Course Information

Whether you drive for work or pleasure or both, 4 x 4 vehicles offer you a reliable means of transport. However, to drive safely on or off-road, drivers need to understand the vehicle handling characteristics and what they are capable of. Working with FoxTrax we can provide you with comprehensive training to help you to drive safely and efficiently.

Courses are available for novice drivers who have just obtained their 'B' licence, as well as more experienced drivers using 4 x 4 vehicles for work.

They can travel fast, and tackle quite demanding terrain. Sadly, they are also a major source of injury and sometimes even death.

If you use a 4 x 4 at work, your employer should provide you with suitable and adequate training. We offer a two day 'Professional User's course certificated through Lantra Awards or NPTC (National Proficiency Test Council). A one day experienced operator/refresher course is also available.

Who should train? Why should I train?

If you drive for pleasure then 4 x 4 professional off road driving training is important to help ensure you drive safely and maximise your driving experience.

All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's) have also become an integral part of rural business, as a means of transport, moving equipment around site, or just getting from place to place without leaving big muddy wheel marks. If you use a 4 x 4 at work, your employer should provide you with suitable and adequate training.
