Another Navara for Trailer Training and Trailer Tests Cat B+E in Shropshire
We have added another Nissan Navara to the fleet. The vehicle was purchased 17th May 2018 from the Greenhous Group. One year ago we purchased a brand new Nissan Navara Tekna and have been so impressed with customer feedback we decided to add another.
We chose the Navara because of its car like handling, comfort and how easy it is to drive. One feature which really impressed us was the 360 degree camera system. This helps in tight spots but becomes really useful when reversing and hitching to the trailer. It takes out the guess work and multiple times getting out to check. It should be easy to hitch and reverse to the exact spot you need every time.
Both vehicles are the range topping Tekna model with a twin turbo engine, this makes them easy to drive and the towing ability is exceptional. Standard features for the model is cruise, electric seats, 360 camera system, AC and much more.
We tow new Ifor Williams twin axle box trailers, specifically chosen for their reliability and quality construction. They are very easy to tow and reverse, we have also fitted a unique jockey wheel system to make the hitching process even easier and much safer.
Using this equipment should give you the best tools to get the job done. If you passed your car test before 1st January 1997 you probably already have a Cat BE driving licence entitlement. If you have passed your car test after this date and you want to tow a trailer you may have to take a DVSA test.
We offer driver training courses in Shrewsbury and Telford for Cat B+E licence acquisition. If you already have the Cat BE we offer confidence and refresher courses. These are very popular if you struggle with your reversing or just need a little more confidence towing your caravan or trailer.
