Dulson Training and Test Sites Receive JAUPT Accreditation

Dulson Training is pleased to announce that our training and test centres are now officially accredited by the Joint Approvals Unit for Periodic Training (JAUPT).
Dulson Training offer a wide range of HGV/LGV flexible Driver CPC Periodic Training courses from our Telford, Rodenhurst, and Shrewsbury training and test centres.

We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality trainers and facilities and that’s why we have a pass rate of almost double the national rate. Our official JAUPT accreditation shows that Dulson Training’s sites and courses have been vigorously quality checked and have been officially approved to provide CPC Periodic Driver Training for HGV drivers in line with The Vehicle Drivers (Certificates of Professional Competence) Regulations 2007.

What is CPC Periodic Driver Training?

If you drive a bus or lorry professional, you are legally required to have an official Driver CPC Certificate. The initial certificate is valid for five years, and during this period you are required to take 35 additional hours of ‘periodic’ training.

We strongly recommend that drivers take one periodic training module a year over the five year period so that you do not leave your 35 hours until the last minute. If your CPC expires without the fully completed 35 hours of additional training, you will not be legally able to drive professionally.

How Do I Book CPC Periodic Training?

Dulson Training’s JAUPT approved training and test centres in Shropshire offer a wide range of CPC Periodic Training courses, providing flexible options to suit your timetable.

We have a large choice of practical or classroom based topics for you to choose from. We also offer additional qualifications like ADR or First Aid at Work which count towards Driver CPC training hours.

We can also build a bespoke course for you or your team. Bespoke group courses can also be delivered away from our training sites and at a location of your choice anywhere in the UK.

You can contact our team directly to discuss your training requirements, find out about our wide range of CPC courses and funding options.
